Audit and harmonization of Agile and DevOps practices

Maturity assessment and harmonization of practices across 13 global portfolios. A cross-functional governance model put in place to accelerate time-to-market.

01 Challenges and context

Context and strategic stakes

A major player in air transport solutions required an assessment of its Agile and DevOps maturity across 13 global application portfolios, each managed by distinct regional CTOs. Key challenges included significant maturity disparities, silos hindering time-to-market, heterogeneous CI/CD chains limiting reusability, and a critical lack of transversal governance to drive this transformation at scale.

02 Work carried out

Approach and methodology

We initiated the intervention with a series of one-to-one interviews and collective workshops involving CTOs, product teams (Product Owners), and operational delivery teams. To capture on-the-ground reality, our experts observed over 60 Agile ceremonies in situ (Daily stand-ups, Sprint Plannings, Retrospectives, and Reviews). This allowed us to concretely evaluate the posture of Scrum Masters and Release Managers, and to audit prioritization processes and inter-portfolio dependencies.
