Cloud & AI Center of Excellence

We structure and support the governance that makes Cloud and AI ecosystems steerable at scale. From infrastructure to usage, we structure your standards, roles, and decision-making bodies to deploy an effective, pragmatic, and value-creating Target Operating Model.

Stakes

Why structure Cloud & AI governance?

The absence of Cloud governance exposes the organisation to concrete risks, well beyond the technical dimension.

Against these risks, Cloud & AI Governance acts as a central, cross-functional body that secures adoption which is effective, controlled and aligned with corporate strategy.

Scope

Eight domains, one cross-functional governance

Governance covers the strategic, operational and cultural dimensions of the organisation.

  • Strategy & Organisation

Vision, steering framework, roles, processes and cross-functional tracking.

  • FinOps & GreenOps

Cost tracking, analysis and optimisation, digital sobriety.

  • Data & AI

Data governance, use case framing and security of AI architectures.

  • Culture & Skills

Awareness, upskilling, diffusion of a shared culture.

  • Catalog & Business Relations

Structuring the Cloud service catalogue, communication tailored to business lines.

  • Architecture, MLOps & DevOps

Standards and patterns, landing zone, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code.

  • Security, compliance & risk

Security policies, identity and access management, traceability.

  • Vendor relations & market watch

Market watch, contract and dependency management.

AI governance

Secure, industrialise and create value IA

Supporting AI adoption is not just about mastering infrastructure and models: it's about guaranteeing profitability and performance. Whether it's generative models (LLMs), Code Assist or Machine Learning, AI requires a rigorous framework to combine cost control, security and measurable ROI.

Our posture

An expert, agile and objective reference hub

Positioned at the interface between IT, Finance, Procurement, Security and business units, the firm aligns your teams around actionable Cloud and AI governance.

Methodology

A pragmatic approach calibrated to your maturity level

  1. 01

    Initiate

Strategic framing and cross maturity assessment (Cloud, AI readiness, FinOps, GreenOps). Objective alignment, prioritisation of workstreams (infrastructure and AI use cases) and roadmap construction.

  2. 02

    Support

Deployment of governance processes (arbitration committees, project eligibility criteria). Steering of structuring technical workstreams: landing zones (Cloud and Data/AI), environment standardisation and a formal AI usage charter.

  3. 03

    Transfer

Hands-on expertise transfer (Cloud, AIOps, FinOps, DevOps, GreenOps). Targeted upskilling, business enablement on new stakes (Shadow AI, eco-design) and co-construction of your internal reference frameworks.

  4. 04

    Sustain

Continuous improvement of your Cloud & AI Center of Excellence. Governance scale-up, industrialised steering and progressive handover of Run activities to internal teams.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do we need an existing Cloud Center of Excellence to work with you?

No. We work both on setting up a CCoE from scratch and on strengthening an existing but loosely followed structure. The first step is always a maturity assessment, which establishes the real starting point rather than the declared one.

How long does it take for Cloud governance to produce results?

The first structural effects usually appear within three to six months: committees running, shared standards, first trade-offs applied. Stabilising a complete framework and bringing it in-house takes longer. We favour sequencing by workstream over a single global programme.

Do you work on AI governance alone, without the Cloud dimension?

Yes. Structuring an AI Center of Excellence can be carried out on its own, in particular where Cloud governance is already mature. Both frameworks nonetheless share committees and standards that are better articulated together.
