SOLVEO CONSULTING attaches particular importance to the protection of the personal data of users of its website and of its clients. The purpose of this privacy policy is to inform users about how their data is collected, processed and protected, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act as amended.

Depending on your interaction with the site, the following data may be collected:
a) Contact form
- Data collected :
- name, first name, email, phone (where applicable), company, message.
- Purpose :
- responding to your request, discussing a consulting or engagement need.
- Legal basis :
- precontractual legitimate interest / consent.
b) Online appointment booking
- Data collected :
- name, first name, email, phone, selected slot, subject of the meeting.
- Purpose :
- scheduling a meeting via our calendar tool (Microsoft Outlook).
- Legal basis :
- execution of precontractual measures at your request.
- Note :
- this processing involves the use of Microsoft services (Outlook / Microsoft 365). See section 6 "Data transfers".
c) Job application (Careers page)
- Data collected :
- name, first name, email, phone, CV, cover letter, and any information submitted as part of the application.
- Purpose :
- processing your application for a job offer or a spontaneous application.
- Legal basis :
- precontractual measures at the data subject's request.
d) Training enrolment request
- Data collected :
- name, first name, email, company, desired training.
- Purpose :
- processing your enrolment request and putting you in touch with us.
- Legal basis :
- precontractual legitimate interest / consent.

4. Recipients of the data
The data collected is intended exclusively for authorised members of SOLVEO CONSULTING, in the course of their duties.
It may also be transmitted to our technical providers strictly necessary for the operation of the site and our tools, in particular:
- Our hosting provider (LWS, Ligne Web Services, France).
- Our email and calendar tool (Microsoft Outlook / Microsoft 365) for managing appointments.
- Where applicable, our audience measurement tool (Google Analytics, published by Google Ireland Limited) for statistical analysis of site traffic.
- Where applicable, our anti-spam protection tools (Google reCAPTCHA).
These providers use your data only for the execution of the services entrusted to them and are bound by confidentiality and security obligations.
SOLVEO CONSULTING does not sell, rent or transfer any personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.
5. Data transfers outside the European Union
Some of our providers (in particular Microsoft, for the appointment booking tool, and Google, for reCAPTCHA and Google Analytics) may process data outside the European Union, in particular in the United States.
These transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, or any other equivalent guarantee provided for by the applicable regulations.
6. Retention period
- Data from the contact form: retained for 3 years from the last contact, unless a business relationship is established.
- Application data: retained for 2 years from the last exchange, unless explicit agreement for extended retention.
- Data related to appointment booking: retained for the time necessary to manage the relationship, then archived in accordance with legal obligations.
- Cookies: retained for a maximum of 13 months (see section 7).
Beyond these periods, the data is deleted or anonymised, except where a longer legal retention obligation applies.
8. Data security
SOLVEO CONSULTING implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against any unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure.
9. Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights over your personal data:
- Right of access.
- Right to rectification.
- Right to erasure.
- Right to restriction of processing.
- Right to object.
- Right to data portability.

10. Minors
The site is not intended for minors. SOLVEO CONSULTING does not knowingly collect data concerning minors.
11. Changes to this policy
SOLVEO CONSULTING reserves the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, in particular to comply with any regulatory, case-law or technical developments. The date of the last update appears at the head of this document.
