How is billing handled?
The audit is fixed price, with deliverables and a price known at signature. Consulting is billed in man-days on a daily-rate basis. Training is billed per trainee. Recurring services run as a subscription on a contractual cadence.
Do you provide long-term staffing like an IT services firm?
No. We work on a time-and-materials basis when the topic justifies it, but always with a skills transfer objective. A successful engagement ends with internal teams able to steer without us.
Are you tied to a software vendor or a Cloud provider?
No. We hold no financial or technology partnership, no commission arrangement, and we resell neither licences nor tools. Our recommendations therefore carry no commercial bias.
What is the minimum engagement size?
We favour engagements with a scoped perimeter over one-off interventions without continuity. The shortest format is the audit, sized to your context.
Can we start with one format and move to another?
That is the most frequent case. The formats are designed to follow on from one another without starting over: audit deliverables feed the consulting engagement, which in turn feeds the recurring setup.
